What we collect
When you use the quote form, we collect your name, the contact details you give us, and your answers about what you need covered. If you tick the consent box, we also record the date, time, your IP address and your browser, so we can show exactly what you agreed to.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, driver’s license number or date of birth through this website. A licensed producer collects those directly when an application is actually being written.
What we do with it
We use it to prepare quotes and contact you about them. We share it with insurance carriers and wholesalers in order to obtain those quotes. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
How it is kept
Lead records are held in an access-controlled system. Every employee account requires multi-factor authentication, and every record access is logged. As a licensee of the New York Department of Financial Services, The Expert Agency Inc. maintains a cybersecurity program under 23 NYCRR Part 500.
Calls and texts
We only call or text a number when you have given consent for that. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us on a call, and we will continue to reach you by email.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email contact@theexpertsagency.com. Some records must be retained to meet insurance recordkeeping requirements even after a deletion request.
